How do
we work?
- After our first meeting at our office, we will set up a search profile in the real-estate agents data base with all your wishes for your perfect home. Which means your profile will be matched daily with the new offers on the market.
- We recommend you to contact a mortgage advisor before we start the search, they can tell you the possibilities for a mortgage in the Netherlands. We work with several independent agencies.
- We will advise/join you with all aspects, the viewing, doing research, negotiating, making an offer and arrange a technical survey when your offer is accepted.
- After acceptance of your offer we arrange a notary appointment for you and guide you.
- To get a mortgage for the property we work together with several well known agencies in order to get purchase finalized for you.
- We work exclusively.
